Upon installation of WhatsResponse app in your android device, our servers automatically record information transmitted by your mobile device. The data includes information on your device name, operating system version, your location,your device’s IP address,language preferences,information you search for in the mobile application,times and date stamps,along with other analytical statistical data.
Any collected information may be used by the Whatsrepsone Mobile application to personalize your experience.This will help us to improve the performance and agility of our Mobile application. The collected data could also help us to improve our customer support by responding to queries and emails of our customers;run and operate our mobile application and services. Non personal information(as stated in point 2) will be used only to identify cases of abuse,or upon any complaint received from the local police station ,or as a part of proceedings from local court where a complaint has been received for illegal and unlawful practices pertaining to the usage of this mobile application.
This mobile application is intended to be used by adults. We do not collect any personal information from children. If you are under the age of 18,please do not submit any personal information through our Mobile Application or services.We instruct parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet usage. In a situation where you believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided personal information through our Mobile application please be free to contact us.
The app runs on profits generated through online advertisements.Hence we may display online advertisements which are generated via designated ad agencies and we may share aggregated and non-identifying information about our customers that we collect through the registration process or through surveys/promotions with the advertisers whom we have liaised with.We may use this aggregated & non-identifying information to deliver customized and tailored advertisements.However,we have no control over the content of the advertisement that will be displayed through our mobile application. For an Ad - free experience, we request all our customers to make a one time fee for purchasing this mobile application.
The best efforts have been made by our Mobile Application Developers to secure all the information provided by you on computer servers in a controlled,secure environment,protected from unauthorized access,use,or disclosure. However,no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed. We value your personal information and while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that (a) there could be unforeseen breach in security of your device and the security,integrity,privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and our Mobile application cannot be guaranteed; (b.) there could be security and privacy limitations beyond our control. The data breach may be viewed or manipulated with in transit by a third party and in such a scenario please notify us of the breach at the earliest.
In case of compromised security of our Mobile Application,as a result of external activity from a third party, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures including,investigation and reporting,as well notification to and cooperation with law enforcement agencies.
In the event we are aware that the security of our Mobile Application has been compromised,or personal information has been disclosed to any unrelated third parties, every effort will be made from our end to notify the affected individuals and we will post a notice in the Mobile Application.
